Powering Tomorrow’s Solutions

The Tenaska Power Services Co. (TPS) story reflects the broader Tenaska story. Built on a legacy of loyalty and powered by its people, TPS remains a forward-thinking, solution-driven energy marketing company.

This year, TPS reaches an important milestone: its 25th anniversary. That is two and a half decades of putting customers first, listening, applying an unmatched depth and breadth of expertise, and working in partnership to find solutions that bring value. TPS’ first customer remains a customer today, proof positive of a business model that has stood not only the test of time but, especially in 2021, the test of circumstances.

When a severe winter storm pummeled parts of the United States, particularly Texas, TPS employees worked around the clock to help customers overcome challenges. As demand grows for energy from renewable resources, so too are TPS’ Renewable Energy Advisory Services, a trusted guide in navigating the ever-changing marketplace. And to accomplish this, TPS continues to hire employees with a broad range of skills and backgrounds to meet the scope of its customers’ needs.

Over the past few years, TPS has more than doubled the capacity it manages for customers — a base that has grown in both numbers and diversity — and continued to enhance the services for which it has been repeatedly recognized.
